1:1 Sessions

Cancel 24+ Hours Before — Full Refund

If you cancel or reschedule your individual session at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions, no hassle.

1:1 Sessions

Cancel Within 24 Hours — No Refund

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are non-refundable. This time is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be reallocated on short notice.

Exception: If you've informed Coach Mandeep in advance and an arrangement has been mutually agreed upon, a reschedule or credit may be considered at the coach's discretion.

Group Programs

Full Refund Until Session Two

Not feeling the program after the first session? If you're unsatisfied with any group coaching program, request a full refund before the second session begins — absolutely no questions asked.

No justification needed — your call, fully respected.

All Programs Require Advance Payment

To secure your spot in any coaching program — individual or group — full payment is collected in advance. This ensures commitment from both sides and allows Coach Mandeep to prepare fully for your engagement.
