Governing Your Engagement with Coach Mandeep

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Coach Mandeep ("Coach", "we", "us") and any individual or organisation ("Client", "you") accessing coaching services, programs, workshops, digital content, or any related offerings. Review every section before proceeding.

1. Scope of Services

Coach Mandeep provides executive coaching, leadership development programs, career transition coaching, one-on-one sessions, group workshops, online courses, and related materials (collectively, "Services"). These Services are designed for senior leaders, entrepreneurs, mid-level managers, and career changers seeking clarity and strategic direction.

Coaching is a professional relationship that supports personal and professional growth. It is not therapy, counselling, legal advice, financial advice, or medical guidance. Coach Mandeep does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any psychological or medical conditions. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and outcomes arising from coaching engagements.

2. Client Eligibility & Onboarding

Services are available to individuals aged 18 and above. By engaging with Coach Mandeep, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Corporate clients engaging on behalf of employees or teams must have appropriate organisational authority to do so.

An initial discovery call or intake consultation may be required before formal onboarding. Coach Mandeep reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at any point if the coaching relationship is deemed unsuitable, unproductive, or contrary to professional ethics.

3. Fees, Payment & Billing

All fees are communicated prior to the commencement of any program or session. Fees are quoted in the applicable currency and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in accordance with the invoice or program agreement issued at the time of enrollment.

Retainer or program fees must be settled in full or as per the agreed installment schedule before access is granted.
Late payments may incur a delay in service delivery. Accounts overdue by more than 14 days may result in suspension of access to services.
All prices are subject to change. Existing clients will be notified of any fee revisions at least 30 days in advance.
Bespoke corporate programs will be governed by a separately executed Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Coach Mandeep values your time and requests the same consideration in return. The following policy applies to all scheduled sessions:

48+ hours notice: Sessions may be rescheduled at no charge. One complimentary reschedule per billing cycle.
24–48 hours notice: A 50% session fee may be charged or the session forfeited depending on the program terms.
Less than 24 hours or no-show: The full session fee is forfeited. No carry-forward or credit will be issued.
Coach Mandeep reserves the right to reschedule sessions in cases of emergency. Clients will be notified promptly and alternative times offered.

5. Refund Policy

All fees paid for coaching programs, retainers, and digital products are generally non-refundable once services have commenced or digital access has been granted. Exceptions are as follows:

A full refund may be issued if written cancellation is received within 72 hours of purchase and no session or content access has occurred.
Partial refunds for multi-session packages may be granted at Coach Mandeep's sole discretion, on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions.
Refunds will not be issued on the grounds of dissatisfaction with outcomes, as results are influenced by the client's own commitment and effort.
Group workshops and live events are non-refundable once the event has commenced.

6. Confidentiality & Professional Discretion

Coach Mandeep treats all client information, communications, and session content as strictly confidential. Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to any third party without express written consent, except as required by law.

Exceptions to confidentiality include situations where: (a) disclosure is required by applicable law or court order; (b) there is a credible risk of harm to the client or others; or (c) professional supervision or peer consultation requires anonymised case discussion, in which identifying details will be removed.

Clients are likewise expected to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary coaching methodologies, frameworks, worksheets, or materials shared during the engagement. These materials are for personal use only and must not be reproduced or distributed.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content produced and provided by Coach Mandeep — including but not limited to coaching frameworks, assessment tools, worksheets, course materials, videos, written guides, templates, and website content — is the sole intellectual property of Coach Mandeep and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials for personal professional development only.
Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or adaptation of any materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.
Recording of sessions (audio or video) by the client is not permitted without prior written agreement.
Any breach of intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.

8. Client Responsibilities

Effective coaching is a two-way commitment. To derive meaningful value from the engagement, clients are expected to:

Attend sessions punctually and come prepared with relevant goals, challenges, or questions.
Complete agreed-upon actions, reflections, or assignments between sessions.
Provide honest and accurate information relevant to the coaching engagement.
Communicate concerns or feedback openly so the coaching approach can be adjusted if needed.
Acknowledge that the responsibility for implementing insights and achieving outcomes rests with the client alone.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Coach Mandeep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in coaching services, including but not limited to loss of income, business decisions made based on coaching conversations, or failure to achieve specific professional or personal goals.

Coach Mandeep's total liability to any client under these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Coach Mandeep makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, career advancements, salary changes, or business results.

10. Code of Conduct & Professional Standards

Coach Mandeep adheres to the ethical standards and code of conduct set by recognised professional coaching bodies. All coaching engagements are conducted with integrity, respect, and a genuine commitment to client wellbeing.

Clients are expected to engage respectfully and professionally. Coach Mandeep reserves the right to terminate any engagement, without refund, in cases of abusive behaviour, harassment, dishonesty, or conduct that undermines the integrity of the coaching relationship.

In group or workshop settings, clients must respect the confidentiality and boundaries of fellow participants. Any breach of group confidentiality may result in removal from the program.

11. Data Privacy & Personal Information

Coach Mandeep collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Personal information provided during onboarding, sessions, or through digital platforms is used solely for delivering and improving coaching services.

Client data is stored securely and is not sold or shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
Clients have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data at any time by submitting a written request.
Communication records (emails, session notes) may be retained for up to 3 years post-engagement for professional and legal compliance purposes.
By engaging with digital platforms or subscribing to newsletters, clients consent to receiving service-related communications. Unsubscription is available at any time.

12. Amendments to These Terms

Coach Mandeep reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or through the website at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued engagement with services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the client's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Coach Mandeep operates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 days, the parties agree to pursue mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial in any dispute arising out of these terms or the services provided.
